Welcome to Wind Zenith. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Wind Zenith website ("the Site", "our Site") operated by Wind Zenith ("us", "we", "our").
Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Site.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Site.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Site and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of any color will be accurate, and we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All prices are shown in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Payment can be made by the methods specified on the Site. By submitting an order through the Site, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Wind Zenith is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wind Zenith and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Denmark and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Wind Zenith.
In no event shall Wind Zenith, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Wind Zenith and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Site, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Site.
